3. Container and consolidation
- Full container: 20′ GP and 40′ HQ, loaded at the partner factory with a loading plan and photos.
- LCL / mixed container: we combine several models in one shipment as long as each model meets its MOQ.
- Mixed-model orders receive a packing list showing cartons, CBM, net weight and gross weight before shipment.
- Carton marks: neutral marks by default; your own shipping marks and barcodes can be printed on request.

5. Documents we provide
- Commercial invoice and packing list

6. Returns, shortages and claims
As a B2B supplier we produce to your confirmed specification, so we do not operate a consumer-style return policy. If goods arrive damaged, short, or outside specification:
- Notify us in writing within 30 days of arrival, with photos, carton numbers and the affected quantity.
- Keep the goods and packaging available for inspection and, where requested, return a sample for evaluation.
- After verification we will repair, replace or credit the invoiced value of the affected goods, at our option.
- Claims for damage occurring after risk has passed, or for goods modified by you, cannot be accepted.
Custom-produced goods (custom colour, logo, packaging or tooling) cannot be returned or cancelled once production has started, because they cannot be resold to another customer.
7. Import duties and compliance
- Duties, VAT, and destination clearance charges are payable by you unless we expressly agree DDP terms.
- You are responsible for confirming that the product and its packaging comply with the regulations of your market (labelling, language, warning text, material restrictions).
- We can arrange material declarations and product testing to support your compliance file.
