1. Ordering & MOQ
What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
MOQ depends on the model, colour and packaging. For products already in production we can discuss lower trial quantities for a first order — tell us your target quantity and we will confirm what is possible.
Can I order a mixed container with several models?
Yes. Mixed orders are common for distributors and retail chains. You can combine several models and colours in one shipment as long as each item reaches its own MOQ. We will prepare a packing plan showing cartons, CBM and total weight before you confirm.
Do you sell single units or small retail quantities?
We are an OEM/ODM supplier serving brands, importers and distributors, so we work on wholesale quantities rather than single-unit retail orders. If you need one sample for evaluation, we are happy to send it.
Can I get a price list?
We quote per project rather than publishing a fixed price list, because the unit price depends on quantity, colour, logo method and packaging. Send us the model, target quantity and your market, and you will receive a quotation within 24 hours.
2. Samples
Are samples free?
Stock samples are free of charge; you only cover the courier cost. For customised samples (custom colour, logo or packaging) we charge a sample fee, and that fee is refunded on bulk orders of 10,000 pcs or more.
How long does a sample take?
Stock samples are dispatched within a few working days. Customised samples take longer, and we confirm the exact timing once your artwork and colour reference are received.
Can you put my logo on the sample?
Yes. We can produce the sample with your logo so you can evaluate the real printing or engraving quality before committing to mass production. Please send vector artwork (AI, EPS or PDF).
3. OEM, ODM & Customisation
What is the difference between your OEM and ODM service?
OEM: you already have a design or a product, and we manufacture it with your logo, colour and packaging. ODM: you bring an idea, a sketch or a reference product, and our in-house design team develops the structure, 3D model, mould and finished product for you.
Can you develop a completely new product from my idea?
Yes. Our team has over 20 years of plastic structure and mould engineering experience. Send a sketch, a hand drawing, a sample photo or even a written description, and we will come back with a feasibility assessment, a 3D concept and a cost estimate.
Who owns the mould?
Mould ownership and tooling cost are agreed in writing before the project starts. Tooling cost and ownership are agreed in writing before the project starts. We can sign an NDA and a tooling agreement covering this.
Will you sign an NDA?
Yes. We sign NDAs and exclusivity agreements for custom developments, and we never offer a customer’s exclusive design to other buyers.
What customisation options do you support?

Can you help with packaging that is ready for Amazon or retail shelves?
Yes. Our packaging team prepares retail-ready colour boxes, gift boxes and printed cartons with your barcodes, FNSKU labels and warning text, so the goods arrive shelf-ready without extra repacking.
4. Lead time & production
What is your production lead time?
Lead time is confirmed in writing with your quotation. Repeat models are faster than a first production run. Peak season, from August to November, is busier, so please plan early for Q4 and holiday programmes.
What is your production capacity?
Capacity depends on the model and on which partner factory we assign to your project. Tell us your target volume and delivery window and we will match you to a factory with the right tooling and schedule, then confirm the figures in writing with your quotation.
Can you handle urgent orders?
Tell us your deadline at the enquiry stage. For existing moulds we can often prioritise a line; for new tooling the mould-making time cannot be compressed, so an early start is the only reliable answer.
5. Quality & certifications
What certifications do you have?
It depends on the factory and on your market, so we confirm it rather than promise it. We will tell you which quality certifications the assigned partner factory holds, and arrange the product testing your market requires — CE, RoHS, FCC, or whatever your customs or sales platform asks for. We put this in writing before you place an order.
Are your materials safe for pets?
We use food-contact grade materials: 304 / 18-8 stainless steel for bowls and liners, and BPA-free ABS, PC, PP and silicone for plastic parts. We arrange material declarations and product testing for your market on request.
How do you control quality?
Incoming material inspection, in-process inspection on the line, and a final inspection before shipment, with photos and an inspection report sent for your confirmation. Third-party inspection (SGS, BV, TÜV) can be arranged at your request.
Can you send a pre-shipment inspection report?
Yes. We send pre-shipment photos and the inspection report before the goods leave the factory, and we welcome third-party inspection before shipment.
Can you provide a declaration or test report for my marketplace?
Yes. We can arrange material declarations, test reports and the compliance documents that Amazon, Temu, TikTok Shop or your local customs require. Tell us the destination market so we prepare the right file.
6. Shipping & payment
What shipping terms do you work with?
We usually work on FOB Ningbo and CIF terms, with EXW available for buyers who have their own forwarder in China. Air freight and express couriers are available for samples and urgent small orders.
What are your payment terms?
Payment terms are agreed per project and confirmed in the order confirmation. Other arrangements can be discussed for long-term partners.
Do you accept L/C?
L/C terms can be discussed for larger orders.
Can you ship to Amazon FBA?
Yes. We can deliver to your freight forwarder, your own warehouse, or directly to Amazon FBA with the label and carton requirements you provide.
7. Company
Where are you based?
We are based in Ningbo, Zhejiang, China — one of China’s main mould-making and injection moulding hubs, with fast access to Ningbo and Shanghai ports. Our audited partner factories are injection moulding plants in China.
Are you a trading company or a manufacturer?
We are a product development company: mould design is done in house, and production runs with audited injection moulding partner factories in China.
Can we visit the factory or arrange a video audit?
You are welcome to visit us in Ningbo, and we can arrange a live video tour of the partner factory’s workshop and production lines, or a third-party inspection, if travelling is not practical.
