How We Work

We do not own a factory. Chinamer is a Ningbo-based sourcing and export partner for pet water bottles, travel bowls and feeders. We quote from factories we have worked with, hold stock in Ningbo, inspect every order before it ships, and take responsibility for the paperwork. That is a smaller claim than “manufacturer” — and it is the one we can prove.

How an order runs

  • Day 0 — quote and stock check. You send the model and quantity; we confirm what is available as a stock model and what has to be produced.
  • Day 1–3 — sample. A stock sample goes out free of charge; you cover the courier.
  • Day 3–38 — production or stock pick. 35 days for production runs, same week for stock.
  • Before shipment — inspection. AQL 2.5, with photo report and video. The balance payment is due after you receive the report.
  • Shipment — FOB Ningbo. Commercial invoice, packing list and certificate of origin prepared by us.

What we are responsible for

Inspection before shipment · packaging and logo specs · export documents · on-site problem solving when something goes wrong on the line. If a batch fails inspection, we do not ship it and we do not ask you to pay for it.

What we do not claim

We do not hold FDA or Prop 65 test reports ourselves. If your market needs them, we arrange testing through SGS Ningbo on your production lot — typically 7 working days — and send the report together with the pre-shipment inspection. Material declarations (304/316 food-grade stainless steel, BPA-free PP) are available for every model.

Export & payment

Export clearance and foreign exchange are handled through our licensed export service partner — a provincial-level comprehensive foreign trade service enterprise. This is standard practice for Chinese suppliers. It does not change who is responsible for your order: we handle specification, sampling, inspection and follow-up.
